I worked on the internal creative team for the customer service software, Zendesk.

My role collaborated with cross-functional teams, copywriters, and internal stakeholders to develop meaningful brand experiences—executing design ideas within the Zendesk brand guideline while keeping an eye on new ways to expand the visual language.

 

Specifically, I worked on an ad for Entrepreneur Magazine, prepared graphics for animated videos, art directed the Zoom collaboration webpage, and expanded the color palette to increase online accessibility.
